About MO Registered Agent.org
MO Registered Agent.org is the best and most affordable registered agent in Missouri: $99 a year, the same at renewal.
What we do
Missouri registered agent representation, billed at $99 per year. Includes the office address on your filings, same-day scanning of legal mail, and reminders for state deadlines.
- A registered agent of record in Missouri, listed on your state filing.
- We accept service of process and official state mail on your company's behalf.
- Service of process and Secretary of State mail are scanned to your online account, with an email to you.
- Up to 3 other official (legal) letters a year are scanned at no extra charge, for example letters from the IRS.
- Annual report due-date reminders by email.
Pricing
Registered agent service in Missouri: $99/year. It renews automatically each year at $99 unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel in your online account.
State fees are shown separately from our fee. We collect them with your order and pay them to the state at cost when we file.
What the plan leaves out
- A virtual mailbox or mail forwarding. Everyday business mail is charged per piece to view, legal letters beyond the 3 a year are charged per piece, junk mail is discarded and packages are refused.
- Filing your annual report. That is a separate service with its own fee plus the state's fee.
- State filing fees of any kind.
- Forming the company, or any amendment or reinstatement filing.
One thing on mail: as your registered agent we take in service of process and official Missouri correspondence for you, and our address can go on your public filings so your own never appears. Mail forwarding is not our business, however. Service of process is scanned to you the same day at no charge, anything else you want scanned is $15 an item, and we bill actual postage if a paper original has to be sent.

Ready when you are. Ordering takes about five minutes.
Order HereA registered agent is the person or corporation designated to receive legal documents, service of process, and state correspondence for your Missouri business. Every LLC, corporation, and nonprofit registered in Missouri maintains one, and the rules for who qualifies are stricter than most people expect.
Individuals must be Missouri residents, age 18 or older, whose business office is identical with the registered office, and they need to be available during normal business hours.
Corporations qualify if they're domestic, or foreign and authorized to do business in Missouri, with a business office identical to the registered office.
LLCs don't make the list. The statute names individuals and corporations as eligible agents and never mentions LLCs, a genuine quirk of Missouri law worth knowing about.
Self-appointment is barred. Your business can't name itself. The eligibility list leaves no room for it, and the state's own change-of-agent form instructs that a company may not act as its own agent.

Changing your registered agent to us
Change of registered agent to us: $0 our fee + $10 Missouri filing fee = $10. The registered agent service itself is $99/year.
- Pick a qualifying replacement. Missouri accepts an individual state resident whose business office matches the registered office, or a corporation authorized to do business in Missouri. We check every box.
- Complete form Corp. 59. Fill in your entity name, the new registered agent, and the registered office address, then collect the new agent's signature or written consent.
- File it with the Corporations Division. Send the statement to the Missouri Secretary of State with the $10 fee, by mail or through the state's online filing portal.
- Watch for the updated record. Once the state processes the filing, your new registered agent is official.
Quick answers
Does the plan include mail forwarding?
No. We are not a virtual mailbox or mail forwarding service. Everyday business mail is charged per piece to view, legal letters beyond the 3 a year are charged per piece, junk mail is discarded and packages are refused. Service of process and state mail are scanned to your online account at no extra charge.
Why does my Missouri business need a registered agent?
Missouri generally expects LLCs, corporations, nonprofits, and other registered entities to maintain a registered agent. This ensures the Missouri Secretary of State and courts have a reliable way to deliver legal papers, official notices, and compliance documents to your business. It's a core requirement for operating in Missouri.
What types of documents will I receive through my registered agent?
You may receive service of process for lawsuits, notices from the Missouri Secretary of State, tax documents, compliance notifications, and other official government correspondence. We scan and forward these documents to you the same day they arrive.
What is the yearly price for a Missouri registered agent?
$99/year. Registered agent service renews automatically for another year on each renewal date, unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel in your online account, or give written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. Renewal reminders go out about 60 days ahead.

You can cancel at any time from your online account or by contacting support. Cancelling does not by itself remove us as registered agent on the state record; a change of registered agent or resignation filing does that.
Anything already filed with the government is not refundable. Registered agent fees are not refundable once we or our partner have been appointed with the state. State fees are not refundable once paid to the state.
